Fetch |
Allows you to fetch 10 new questions from the server |

Previous |
These options will allow you to see the previous set of questions that were fetched from the server |

Next |
These options will allow you to see the next set of previously fetched questions |

Answer |
After a message is received into your moderation console, click on "Answer" to answer the question.

Edit |
After a message is submitted you can edit the question before it is forwarded to a speaker or submitted to the room. |

Forward |
After you receive and edit a message you can simply forward it on to a speaker. If there are
more then one speaker, the forward option will submit forwarded questions in a round-robin format.

Forward To |
After you receive and edit a message you can forward it to a particular
moderator or speaker from a pop up window.
|
|
Post |
If you wish to broadcast a message to everyone in the room you can use the "Post" feature.
|
|
Gag |
When you encounter a user that is annoying and continues to submit too many questions, gag gives you the ability to block
questions submitted by the user.

Delete |
Click on a selected question and click on the delete button to remove it from the list.

Action Pull Down Menu |
The Action pull-down menu contains options:
- Delete All Questions in Current Window
This will allow you to remove the answered questions and allow you more room to view new questions coming in.
- View Ignored Users
This will list the users that you selected to be gaged
